tired of your gaming components? Stop for a moment to think and don't go straight to the first ecopark you find in your city. From Nfortec we bring you some suggestions to reuse your old computer components to give them a second chance. Would you like to know some original uses we have come up with?
Gaming cases are undoubtedly one of the computer components that we can find the most alternative uses for. It occurs to us, for example, that we can use them as a shelf, either to store books, video games, music or movies. If you like the design of your tower and do not want to do without it in your room, it could certainly be a decorative element to store our other passions of the day to day.
On the other hand, another use of computer components is to have next to our set-up a kind of secret box with something to put in our mouths while we play. This is another level of gaming and we can achieve it by transforming our old tower into a minibar.
Finally, we can also reuse the parts of our gaming box to prepare cosplays. What could we not do with that structure? Cosplay is based on the creation of hundreds of elements. It is not the first, nor will it be the last time we see a cosplay made with parts of a headset, why not do it also with the parts of a gaming tower?
If your power supply has stopped working give it a second chance. Because of their size and shape, we could use power supplies as bookends in our bookcase. Normally it is an item that we usually buy, but by reusing our old computer components we can save a few euros.
who hasn't ever taken a couple of bundles of 100 sheets of paper and put them under their monitor to increase its height and keep it in plain sight? I think we have all done it at some time. We propose you to use the power supplies that we no longer use as a substitute for the foils.
If you have an RGB cooling system in your PC, but you want to change to a new model to decorate your gaming temple, you can always use these PC components for other purposes, also fun-festive. If you have to organize a party, a birthday or a farewell party, you can prepare these components to illuminate a room by hanging them on the walls, for example.
Cooling, with the included fans, is also an ideal element for cosplay. Something that rotates and has RGB will always be synonymous with success. If we put together the three computer components mentioned so far and use them in the development of a cosplay we will get something very colorful and eye-catching.
Or we could simply give it the most obvious secondary use we can think of... use the fans in summer to cool ourselves. This will save us some money and we can invest it in the purchase of our new computer components.
We hope to have helped you not to leave aside your old computer components and to make the most of those pieces that you love so much
If the motherboard of your pc is no longer of any use to you or it has broken down and cannot be repaired, you can always make a striking wall clock. You will only need a frame to make it look like a painting and put some hands on it. We can also add a number to make the copy as faithful as possible to an original wall clock and give a good second use to our computer component
Another use we can give to our computer components is as a key hanger. If we take our old RAM, hang it on the wall horizontally and add some hooks as hangers, we will have a fantastic, economic and retro gamer key hanger for the entrance of our house.
Previously we have mentioned that we could give use to the fan of our pc if we used it as a normal fan. Well, if we put together a graphics card placed on the floor, add as a pole some thick cables that we no longer use and finish it off with a fan at the top, we will get a standing fan ideal for the summer months.
Hardware is a complicated world. Not only do we have to know about components but also compatibilities,...
One of the first doubts that arise when you decide to embark on the adventure of assembling a computer from parts...
